The Maps Project — inclusion for Sheffield secondary schools

The Maps Project is an upstream inclusion framework working across secondary schools in Sheffield, anchored at Notre Dame High School and fully funded by Sheffield City Council. Six targeted intervention programmes — reFRESH, Positive Relationships, Anti-Social Behaviour, Healthy Masculinity, The Influence Project and Mindset Matters — are delivered by specialist Inclusion Leaders who train school staff to carry the work on. A Teach Secondary Awards finalist in 2025 and shortlisted in 2026. Connection is the intervention.
